"We want every remote worker to be able to create a stylish, sustainable and comfortable workspace no matter where."

The hydesk Vision

Our Story

After spending several years travelling and consulting clients while sitting at uncomfortable desks or working long hours at home at the dining table, we - Finian, a passionate urban biker and social entrepreneur at heart, and Daniel, an industrial designer with a passion for sustainable product design - realised there was a challenge to address.

In 2019, we began developing a portable standing desk converter that any remote worker could use no matter where. After two years packed with user interviews, material research, supplier screenings and prototypes assembly, we finally had a product that we were satisfied with, the hydesk as you now it today, and decided to launch it on Kickstarter. Since then, we’re solving other problems that remote workers face on a daily basis so they can work as comfortably as possible from anywhere.

"To reach our vision, we've set out to craft conscious, sustainable products for the remote workforce."

The hydesk Mission
